Users must be 18 years of age or older — or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction. Only one account per person is permitted. Identity verification is mandatory.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed via methods available in the bat55 cashier. PKR-denominated transactions are supported. KYC verification is required before first withdrawal.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you", "your") and Bat55 (hereinafter "bat55", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bat55 website, mobile platform, applications and all associated services.
By registering an account, accessing the bat55 platform, depositing funds or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the bat55 platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Bat55 will conduct age verification as part of the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under the applicable minimum age will be suspended immediately, all transactions voided and any funds returned in accordance with applicable procedures.

Each User is permitted to maintain one (1) Account on the bat55 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Bat55 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings, with or without prior notice.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Bat55 is required to conduct identity and address verification in accordance with its anti-money laundering and Know Your Customer obligations. You agree to provide all documentation requested by bat55 for this purpose, which may include — but is not limited to — a government-issued photo identification document (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of residential address and proof of payment method ownership.
Bat55 reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals and wagering activity pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify bat55 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Bat55 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
Bat55 supports deposits and withdrawals via payment methods listed in the platform cashier at the time of your transaction. Familiar Pakistani payment channels — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers through HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may appear as options in the cashier. These providers are referenced as familiar Pakistani payment context only. Bat55 does not represent that any of these providers endorse or support gambling, and their availability is subject to change without notice.
The bat55 platform operates with support for Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where amounts are displayed in PKR, they represent illustrative figures in the applicable currency denomination. Users are responsible for understanding any currency conversion implications applicable to their transaction.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers provided by bat55 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that particular promotion.
Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount — or, where specified, the bonus plus the qualifying deposit — must be wagered a defined number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible game types, minimum odds and time limits will be stated in the promotion terms.
Bat55 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings and suspend or close accounts where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, multi-accounting for promotional gain, or any other activity that bat55 considers inconsistent with legitimate participation.
Bat55 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring terms applicable to bonuses already credited and actively being wagered.
All wagers placed on the bat55 platform are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts and event details before confirming any wager. Bat55 will not reverse confirmed wagers due to User error except in circumstances expressly provided for in these Terms.
Bat55 publishes odds in decimal format. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Where a market is suspended during the period between bet placement and confirmation, the bet may be voided at bat55's discretion. All void bets will have their stake returned to the User's account balance.
Bat55 applies maximum payout limits per event, per market and per account, as specified in the platform and subject to change at the operator's discretion. Winnings exceeding applicable payout caps will be limited to the stated maximum.
In the event of a software error, data feed malfunction or technical fault that results in an incorrect odds display or erroneous acceptance of a wager, bat55 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users. Bat55 accepts no liability for bets settled on the basis of manifest errors.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bat55 platform:
All content available on the bat55 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and the compilation thereof — is the proprietary material of bat55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bat55 platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any bat55 content without prior written authorisation.
Bat55 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Bat55 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to circumstances necessary for the provision of services (such as KYC providers and payment processors), regulatory compliance and fraud prevention.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bat55 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes — without limitation — loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill and loss of anticipated savings.
Bat55's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from or connected to these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bat55 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's accuracy, reliability, availability or fitness for any particular purpose.
Bat55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via email notification or a prominent notice displayed on the platform. The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification.
Your continued use of the bat55 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the bat55 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
